    An excellent team. Friendly and efficient!

    The Bairstow team were excellent! The valuer Tom was interested and encouraging about our home. Jade 'sold' our home enthusiastically and with knowledge of the details necessary to 'sell' it. Simone dealt with the final details and exchange once the property was sold, and showed a keen interest in our home, both before, and after the sale! I was most impressed that Tom and Jade displayed maturity beyond their years!

    Not worth Paying for Extras

    The premium photos were not worth paying for, they were taken on a rainy day and were only as good as the ones taken for free by Choice Estate Agents. There were teething problems with Right Move that were only put right after I pursued the difficulty in finding my property on a normal search. Further teething problems when an early viewer was told by staff they were not sure of the asking price.

    Extremely professional staff.

    I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves as I have always used their Agencies when I have moved house. The Rayleigh office was very friendly and reliable updating me on any notifications they received and following up on any queries I had without hesitation.

    Staff at tamworth branch need re training they are usless after someone put an offer for the house we went in and asked what to do next was just given a phone number. The solicitor you recomend country wide are complete rubish too
