I have been dealing with Thomas Bird from lettings at Bairstow Eves. As a landlord having been in this biz for the last 25 years ... I must say I was very surprised that for someone relatively new to the industry and young is he remarkably understanding and aware. He understood the profile of tenants I was looking for completely and really pulled it all off very well. I am not often impressed but impressed enough with him so much so I have given him some more to let for me ... His experience comes from the fact that he has had family in the biz so he understands the nuances of what I am saying. In my experience ...most agents complicate matters for you further ...
