Local Information about Bow

This built-up, mostly residential district in the East End of London lies just over four miles from Charing Cross. It’s often said that true ‘cockneys’ should be born within earshot of the bells of Bow Church (however, the saying actually refers to the out-of-district St Mary-El-Bow). Historically the site of the East London Federation of Suffragettes, Bow underwent extensive regeneration (including replacing/improving council homes) coinciding with 2012 Olympic Games (Bow forms part of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park). It connects to the national road network at the junction of the A12 and A11 roads.

  • Bringing people and property together since 1899.
  • A network of over 100 high street branches across the country.
  • Complete property service, all under one roof
